Refund Policy:

All bookings are final. There are no refunds, EXCEPT if the river is closed and the event cannot be run. If the LA River is closed due to an “act of God” or edict of regulatory authority, we will refund you if you are timely in requesting a refund (see below.) Alternately, you may be credited for the cost of your tour and we will work with you to find another date and time. If you elect to receive a refund for a cancelled tour, you must inform us in writing within one week (7 days) of your scheduled event. If we receive a timely cancellation request from a purchaser, we will initiate a refund with our credit card processors within 10 days of the receipt of your request. Be aware, the return of funds to your credit card or bank can vary and is beyond our control.
